do not dye your hair black it would not suit you, it would make you look like an emo twink, if you really want to dye your hair black you need to wait till your old enough and you hold masculine enough features, or you need to consider a palate expander, from what i can see you are very young, leave your hair as it is until you have reaped the rewards of dht shaping your face into an adult face
