Should I dye my hair & eyebrows?

Is it a good idea that I dye my hair & eyebrows black? I'm pale as fuck (don't go outside type pale).
I think it would be a great idea since it gives contrast and makes me stand out more. I got blue/green-ish eyes like in the example picture.
On top of that I would wear black rim glasses since I'm blind would it be a good idea?
