pick up some minoxidil or castor oil to fill out your brows and lashes first, the brows arent very dense on the sides. the thickness of the hair definitely takes precedence over the color, so see what you look like with fuller brows before choosing whether or not to dye. also, if you do dye, dont go too dark since you have a light hair color itll look unnatural
