is it really true that eating raw eggs is more beneficial than eating them cooked

They have to be organic, a good indicator if it's good quality is looking at the yolk, it has to be orange instead of pale yellow. The hens that produce the eggs must not be vaccinated or injected with hormones and must be fed naturally and free range.

my grandparents have some chickens, i guess eating those eggs will be fine. I don't think I will eat them raw tho I haven't tried it but I don't think they will be very tasty

Heating it has benefits like being able to taste it, but along with the pasteurization of milk, you lose some nutrients. Eating eggs and milk in their raw form is better for you as long as you aren’t retarded
