Should I even try to leanmaxx? I want my face to look more defined, but people have told me it looks boneless.

You need to work on ur eye area
 
It's because you are too skinny. You should focus on gaining at least 20 lbs of muscle before leanmaxxing. You don't need to get fat to gain muscle but you cannot be at a low body fat % as a natural if you want to progress in the gym. You need to be around 15% if you want the best gains, so you should aim to gain 1 lb per week while gaining strength on the main compound movements and on the 2 arm exercises.

You should be doing high reps and low reps to train both size and strength and you should be doing high volume and high frequency (train the entire upper body 3x per week and lower body 2x per week)

For that, you need to practice your form on all those exercises and start light to prevent serious injuries. In 1 month, you can master all the compound movements if you film yourself while doing them and put it on reddit.com/r/strength_training
The reason why I recommend that subreddit specifically is because those who train for strength usually have the best form on those exercises and focus on them so they can give you the best advice on how to improve.

Whenever I give advice, it comes from my personal experience and the videos that I watch on youtube mostly. Also, you are in the same situation as me, I am also too skinny and if I were to lean down, I would get weaker and I would not be able to progress and I would not be more successful with women. What guys on this forum dont understand is that being lean is useless if you have no muscle mass.

So, gymmaxxing should always be the top priority before leanmaxxing but if it is done properly, you will be at 15%, not over 20% like the starting strength meme, and you will look good even at 15% and it will be very quick to cut down from 15 to 10% without losing too much muscle mass.

Cutting is useless if you are a skinny guy because your body will look ugly and weak no matter how lean you are. Although women care about a lean face, they care far more about big muscles. So you need both but you need to focus on gaining muscle first.

So bulk up to 15-20% by gaining 1 lb per week and gain strength, you will make very fast progress with good programming, and you will have an above average physique within your first year of training.

People here say that I shouldnt give advice since I am still skinny after 4 years but its because I never trained for a full year because I was too busy cutting and bulking because I was afraid of getting fat, and whenever I tried to gain a bit of fat, my parents discouraged me by telling me that I was eating too much and I let it get to me, don't make the same mistakes that I did.

If I had not listened to them and if I had focused on gaining more weight and never went on a cut as a beginner, I could have made amazing gains in the past 4 years. But I couldnt progress in the gym because my body fat % was too low. That is because as a skinny guy you will never have abs of you are in the 10-20% body fat range because you need muscle mass to look lean enough at higher body fat to have abs. So you may look at yourself in the mirror and think that your lack of abs mean you are high bodyfat even though you are actually around 10-12%. Since body fat is difficult to tell when you are skinny, you will overestimate how much fat you carry and like an anorexic, you will constantly try to maintain your weight. And your body will like that since it is used to that weight.

So if you need to learn how to write your own programs that will work at any level and make you progress really quickly and if you want to use the program that I wrote for myself as inspiration, I can send you those 2 files since the information will be extremely difficult to find online especially if your muscles respond poorly to most programs.

Yeah he needs hooding in the upper eyelid and to reduce the height of the eyelids to achieve small almond eyes. @Amnesia did it so it is possible. It is one of my looksmaxxing goals to shorten the height of my eyelids to get almond eyes.
