His compulsions always change tho.
Wether it's nutrition, hygene, dirtiness (he would not take a shower and dirty himself on purpose and just couldn't stay clean cuz idfk, that was one of the least reasonable ones he has had) packing his bags for travel in an ultra specific ways and having fucking tantrums and kicking and screaming should you change anything about it, keeping his room in a super specific way etc etc.
Always something different wvery few months yk?

perfectionism or just right i forgot what it was called he tells me it's one of the 2

like, he brushes his teeth for exactly 5 minutes in the morning every day, even when get got gum disease from it, he continues bcs he can't start his day without it. i always see him straightening objects and he gets annoyed when they're moved sometimes. he was diagnosed when he was young, poor dude. at least he looks good and gave me his genes

But it's for mental health reasons.
It helps me alot.

Also apparently i'm the dirtiest thing alive and he has to take a fucking shower when i touch him.
And when i put the dishes amd cutlery on the table he puts it back and replaces it with dishes i haven't touched.
It's a little frustrating.

Also nutrition.
Stuff like ZERO refined sugar and so on.
I just hope he doesn't become vegan.
I know one extremely compulsive obsessive vegan, it's not a nice thing jfl.

I see, so he has to follow a pattern basically. I have contamination OCD. I got diagnosed in the early 2010s. I usually call it “germophobia” because it’s much easier to understand than having to explain OCD constantly.
