Yes white skin moggs in certain archetypes, like the angelic appearance that you mentioned. Keeping my skin from the sun as much as I can really took me out of the ethnic hellhole treatment here in europe. I'll never go back to darker skintone.
And no, it does not look masculine. It will be perceived as feminin that's why it's hightrust, it looks angelic and trustworthy. Also bf%, facial structure and hair are playing huge roles aswell.
