Be careful with dropping your body's DHT levels especially when need DHT for the masculination of your face / voice etc. You can also get alof of problems if you don't do bloodwork beforehand to counter symptoms like gyno, post finesteride symptoms.
If you wanna try finesteride you should go for the oral version and drop it on your head. It's slightly safer since it blocks DHT more locally, but it will go systematically.

RU is a very powerful anti androgen, the clinical data shows that it’s about as effective as finasteride, but it works on a difference principle. It prevents DHT from binding to the hair follicles rather than inhibiting DHT production. At the very least, RU will probably help you keep your current density

You know that RU58441 is stronger than topical finesteride. RU58441 also blocks testosterone and other only DHT in your hair follicles. It's just less stable so it will work shorter. Finesteride will stay active for (i think) 2 weeks before it get out of the body. RU58441 far far less. That's why it affects your hormone profile less. In clinical trials RU58441 was about 20% more effective than Finesteride.

Also the "copes" I mentioned aren't as strong as the anti hair drugs,but it will slightly improve with no side effects.

I also have met a couple of propecia guys in other forums like propeciahelp with heart problems but nobody as bad as me and I may have scared a couple of them with heart failure but I think they have low cortisol and minor heart problems not heart failure. Heart failure is the worst you can have and I think propecia does not cause heart failure only AR antagonists do.

I only have heart failure with no brain fog, penis issues or any other thing.

Heart failure prognosis is worst than cancer prognosis, it's pretty bad. Maybe a heart transplant can save me but that's just too much and really difficult to get, besides I will always think somebody deserves that heart transplant better than me.

I am not coming back to these forums anymore. It just brings me bad thoughts and memories I want to forget. I do not blame anybody but myself for this and my family will suffer because of my selffishness. I am only 23 but I have a mother and little sister.

I just wanted all of you to know of the dangers that this drug may pose so I can die at peace. I know it sounds harsh but it took me a long time to accept this fact that I won't live enough.

If you guys want to help me out, the only thing you can do is tell people that RU has caused heart failure in a member of this forum and has a poor prognosis to live so I can be at peace that I helped future losses in some way.

im sorry man but i dont think fin can save thin nw3-4 at 17 years old. being that far gone literally 3-4 years since puberty means your hair loss genes are extremely aggressive unfortunately.

don't get me wrong fin is very effective at keeping what you have but i don't think slashing 70% is enough to treat that aggressive of a hair loss. even dut would have a hard time imo since its not only dht that contributes to hair loss.

if you wanna give it a shot regardless i'd say your only chance is dut + ru + growth agonists (minoxidil, stemoxydine etc.)
but my advice would be to let it go and get a hair system at this point tbh

I would try RU+keto shampoo+dermarolling+castor oil+whatever, nothing systemic (except castor oil). I don't know about topical fin, but fin may cuck you for life. If you are N3 already at 17, your only solution is to just travel to Turkey and get a transplant.
