So my mom's friend is a doctor and she usually prescribes stuff for us since we live in a country where normal doctors don't prescribe shit unless you're dying of cancer.

I want to hop on dut since my hair is genuinely cooked. The problem is idk how many mg of dut to get and how often to take it

Should I try and go to a normal doctor for dut or just ask the friend? If so how many mg is good, for reference I have like a diffuse thinning

I have diffuse thinning as well not receding hairline . I am on 1 mg Fin + topical min x2 daily for 6 months and it is stopped hair loss with some minor regrowth , might need a vertex transplant in the future though if I am not happy at the 12 month mark. I don't wanna risk infertility with Dut and I don't think its necessary since I am not losing ground with my current protocol , thinking about frauding crown with Topic hair fibres till I reach the 12 month mark.
