Should I get a nose job first or what

My nose literally looks like Abraham Lincolns

it looks gigantic from the front when I smile

it def ruins my harmony but the question is should I get a nose job when I turn 18? I have enough money for a rhinoplasty currently but im also recessed and downswung so I’m wondering if the nose job would be worth it, or to just continue and save for jaw surgery

if you get bimax it will change your nose depending on the movements so get it first b/c it might ascend you enough where it doesn't matter.... if you have good forward growth as long as nose isn't death tear it's fine
