Should i get a Palate Expander or MSE? Would the pros outweigh the cons?

i cant see but look find some carboard or a sliced apple bite with your back premolar (the two last teeth) and mesure the distance in mm

i would assume that around 55-60 mm isnt that narrow (close to wide) you can check with any ortho they will prob help me more with that
