Should i get a palate expander?

I was thinking of getting a palate expander since i feel like my zygos are a bit narrow, as well fo my jaw i was thinking for a "lower palate expander". But i was asking myself if this would ruin my harmony or if this is even necessary considering my palate. Can someone tell me ? (Im 17 btw)

Your fwhr is at around 1.5 which is very low. You will ascend by expanding the maxilla and it won't be a useless effort

How would you go about getting?
Only asking as you are 17 and normally that is way too old to receive from a standard orthodontist.

I mean i didn't know that, its just that ive seen people way odler than me getting that (like imad) and i was thinking maybe i could get one. Also i saw that u can putchase these online but im scared it might ruin my face in some way
