Should i get a plate expander?

Sometime ago i went to my ortho and asked for an expander but she said that i didint need cause i dont have a crossbite, but idk im pretty sure its narrow, can yall check it. And if i need what kind?

palate expander gave me all my jaw gains do it. it looks extremely narrow aswell u might need a different dentist gang
