I have no idea about haircuts but I would say having it longer suits you. I don't think you would look good with short hair. I would also try out darkening your hair/eyebrow just for once; I wonder if the greater contrast with darker colors would make you look better. I think also getting eyebrow products to get thicker/wider eyebrows and darkening it together would complement your eye area a lot; I've heard some eyebrow products have permanent effect after long use.
