They will deny you because you already have pct. You should do a surgery for upper eyelid exposure, post a thread asking about that because I am not knowledgeable enough to recommend you a place.

Even though this guy has a PCT, I can see he lacks forward growth. I think PCT is highly overrated and is not a universal ideal that Looksmax thinks it is.

I think this hit the nail on the head, more upward rounding on the outter lower eyelids, and and to make the upper eyelids less convex, more horizontal.
