should I get an androextender

I tried manual PE but I'm simply too lazy. would much rather get used to wearing an extender everyday and admire the results a year from now. hearing I can gain an inch or more in length. I'm already 7.2inch so this would make me massive to maybe get to 8.5. anyone used andropenis extender? would get phallson but its so expensive for prob same gains.
