Should I get an MSE? I'm going to my orthodontist tomorrow

I want to ask for a three point MSE (I already have an overbite) but my ortho is bluepill so I might have to fake breathing issues or sum to get it. I was thinking three point to widen my palate and with my maxilla forward my lower jaw can adapt with the braces I already have and I can have good forward growth + wide maxilla. Also another question, will this make me more bloatcel than I already am or will it make my cheekbones more prominent/wider (sorry for bad english btw)

if your palate is narrow do it, but who is your ortho? you know that not every ortho does mse and the ones that do it need no convincing

I'm not sure but it looks average to me (8 ish tooth smile but you can see most of my teeth) I can dm you a photo if you want
