Should I get any surgeries and if so lmk

I’m 16 I wanted to know if I should get any surgeries because a while ago someone told me I should get a lefort 1 but because of life and work I didn’t get to do much research on it I wanted to know if I should actually get anything like a Marpe because my pallet I’ve been told by my dentist is a bit narrow so if I should get anything lmk in the future I am going to prob get a lip lift and for my eyelashes and eyebrows I have stuff coming in Besides that lmk
