Canthoplasty might be a good idea though, but you also look a bit zygoless so consider the possibility of cheek implants as the added support will sometimes aid canthal tilt. Hard to tell with just this crop

No, your problem is no't your canthal but under eyelid exposure you have to do an under eyelid retraction

That seems to be the result that user in particular got though I would like to learn more about what was done to achieve it. I'd still like to know the specifics on when to choose cantho, botox, or ptosis correction over the other.
