Skimmed over it, but yeah you can dekeratanize your glans and have original sensitivity there, but during circumcision they remove/destroy erogenous areas (because there are lots nerves in the foreskin).

There are many types of circumcisions, but atleast some sensitivity will be lost for sure, to what degree depends on what/how much they remove. And unless you can find tech for regenerating non-existant nerves and create a new foreskin (which there's something like that in development) you can't get it back.
