If nobody has MPB in your family for the past 3 generations, and if you show absolutely ZERO sign of MPB, and if you accept the possibility of hopping on finasteride to avoid any risk of future hair loss : forehead reduction.

Otherwise : hair transplant (in conjunction with at least a DHT-inhibitor, ideally prior to the surgery) ONLY IF you are actually a good candidate.
