Should I get Invisalign before my bimax?

My plan is to get Bimax + genioplasty once I have saved up enough money.

I have a crossbite so I would like to get that fixed anyway.

- My bottom set of teeth are positined to the right instead of the middle
- From my front, if you focus, the left side of my jaw is more sloped, rounder than the right side
- The right side of my chin is at a lower position than the left side of my chin

Should I get something to fix my teeth now so when the time comes for my Bimax, I won't have to wait months fixing my teeth then?

Will Invisalign correct the roundness of the left side of my jaw and the angle of my chin, or will that be done with the bimax?
