Should I get MARPE for narrow mouth?

I have a somewhat Narrow mouth and smile as well 7-8 teeth at best would Marpe actually ascend me in smile and lip width or would lip width be mostly unaffected? Anyone with any Marpe knowledge pls let me know

Side note: I know my hair is cooked rn I’m recovering from a surgery the last 3 months so it is what it is
