should I get mse and msdo, is mse cope/bad?

here is how i look rn, anyways, should i ask for it or would it/could it make me look worse? If I'm not mistaken msdo "Mandibular Symphyseal Distraction Osteogenesis" could make my lower mandible wider and even make my chin wider? is that right or no, should i ask for it or would i just look like a crazy stupid person

EDIT: my orthodontist is considering teeth removal on my lower mandible cuz of teeth crowding, for teeth straightening, and i heard that msdo can make more space for my teeth aswell, so maybe it would make it so i dont need teeth removal AND it would help my face aesthetically "what i hope for" I have teeth crowding, and I'm 16 so i can't get any bimax yet, besides surgeries using distraction osteogenesis

do u have an overbite/deepbite, looks like it, if thats the case and u have teeth crowding just get braces possibly some type of expansion so the teeth have space but DO NOT get extractions no matter what they tell you

get ur mandible expanded with msdo too, put ur phone upside down and shove it in ur mouth show me ur palate and bite. take it to dms if ur not cokmfortable posting it here

I think if your intermolar width is under 37mm you want to get some kind of expansion to at least 40mm. Mine is 30mm so I NEED expansion (it would fix a lot). Also you might want to ask for mandibular and maxillary advancement. I got mandibular advancement (my maxilla is already grown forward).

madnibular and maxillary davancement? as in orthognathic surgery? Was it hard getting it or were u like clinically recessed? i'm planning on getting it but my ortho said i will ahve a hard time fidning anybody who would be willing

There's probably an appliance for it. I got a mandible appliance to fix overbite. It only advances your mandible over time to fix bite. I have got decent forward growth in the chin from it.
