Should I get MSE at 18?

Do you have a really narrow skull or something? I think you'd be better off by getting a MSE at this age, could be harder to do at 18

no i dont have a recessed skull but i think my fwhr can be a bit better

btw i have a gap in my upper teeth by birth and can fit both thumbs but i believe that a more broader face will harmonize me more so i can get it only at 18... would it be good then too?

honestly my fwhr is fine ofc not jordan tier also a palate expander would only get me 1cm max... i think i need a bit more than that honestly or i have js looked a lot in the mirror
