If you somehow get them to perform a orbital box osteotomy on you ( usually do it with people who are deformed from what I read or really wid e set eyes like almost deformed)

You'll not just be changing the ipd of your eyes you'll be changing the whole proportions of your face. If you increase the width of your eyes what if your jaw isn't in proportion with your eyes disrupting harmony. Like what if your jaw is too narrow and then you'll look like a dolphin

Idk I don't know much about surgery but correct me if I'm wrong about this^^^^.

I would never advise such invasive surgeries unless deformed, but that's me I'mma stick to the basic ones, genio etc

believe it or not once you've been obsessing over this stuff you'll be able to estimate pretty accurately someone's ipd just by looking
also if you have 70mm ipd (assuming you measured correctly which i doubt) you'll have wide set eyes by default

you need to make sure it lines up with your 1 eye breadth apart, doesnt kill your midface ratio and lines up with your ES ratio
