Should I get a pallet expander ?

Front and side profiles ik the right side of my face needs more symmetry but tbh I rlly need help with if I should get an expander and what else should I work on ?

You don't just "get" a palate expander. You don't just go to an orthodontist and ask for it.

Then how can you get one?
