Should I get periorbital implants and bimax at the same time?

these are the current surgeries i want i just was wondering if yall think it would be a good idea to get periorbital implants paired with bimax while im in turkey? i just dont want to have to go there twice tbh

Bimax + midface implants + rhino are common to have in the same procedure, but it takes a skilled surgeon to get right. The more you're doing at once, the room for error increases.
