Should I get reduction cheiloplasty aka Lip surgery (warning: my horrifying lips).

This is how my lips look like right now,

And this is how my lips will hopefully look like after the lip filler and reduction cheiloplasty
(Only the shape not the color)

Of course I'm gonna do other surgeries with that surgery (of course not at the same time)

But should I get lip surgery??,

It makes your lip weird, straightening up those upper teeth will stop them from pushing out your upper lip.
