should I get teeth extractions (premolar)

I've talked to 3 dentists/orthodontists so far 2/3 of them said no, 1 said its optional for aesthetic but not necessary.
I already have braces (7 months atp), I took off the wire and some of the brackets im just trying to decide, I set a deadline for decision June 15
age 18.5
