Should I get vascular IPL

I had moderate to severe acne and now I mostly got rid of it but I got a lot of PIE uneven skin tone and like 1-2 PIH spots, so will IPL help me? Also I’m thinking of getting 15% azelaic acid gel

There’s also PDL laser but the IDL one has more benefits like evening of the skin tone and it works on PIH and collagen so idk what to choose
