I don’t want to go carnivore with drinks

No. It's could be an allergic reaction to something or solved with cream from a dermatologist.

Why overhaul your entire diet before trying more straightforward approaches first?

They gave me a steroid cream but I’ve seen what steroid creams can do to people with eczema, just look up the most severe cases, they all took the derms creams and their skin started chipping off

I’m following procedures right now to the best of my ability but carnivore seems like my best bet, I don’t know what I may be allergic to so I can’t fix it

Placebo effect.
Bullshit, carbs are 100% related to brain fog, some shit waste products of their degradation reach the brain, pass the blood-brain barrier and you feel like shit. meat is just protein

I'd trust a licensed dermatologist over unproven pseudo science.
I had severe eczema as a kid and cream killed it within a couple of months - no lingering skin issues.

I have a feeling they’re weighing me down, I’ll give an update after 2 weeks of going carnivore

Look, you can always go keto if you want the benefits of ketosis. Keto also minimises carbs but you can eat plant foods, those foods just wont be carb heavy. Even the most worshipping carnivore guys cant stick to 100 percent carnivore and I am talking about some real worshippers

What cream did you use? I don’t want the withdrawal symptoms

Yeah but I responded literally
All jokes aside are you sure carnivore is the best diet for eczema, have you consulted a professional about it? Can you even confirm you have it?

this dude mentioned high carb diet. Also raw veggies dont possess simple carbs and processed carbs, grains do

Okay, so regulate your carbohydrate intake. Quitting it entirely creates problems too.

Can't remember. Withdrawal symptoms are highly unlikely.
Speaking to a dermatologist who can actually run you through the risks is the sensible thing to do.
