Should i go on a run today? Probably gonna be a 5k, i read online that its bad to run 3 5ks in a row but im feeling restless + i want to get out of the house for a bit + debloat because my cleaner woke me up at like 9Am and caused me to have badsleep so i need to debloatmaxx
