My slayer brother who fucked his GF last night invited me to go to the gym with him but idk if I should.

He has a reason to go. He has validation and therefore motivation to continue looksmaxxing. I'm destroyed and ugly and rotting all day while he was working. So why should I bother even working out? I'm a subhuman faggot anyway

Nobody can tell you what to do. If there is one thing I have learnt trying to convince people working out with me is that nobody but oneself can motivate you going to the gym.

Go to it bro, you can only improve by going to gym but you have to focus on exercises while you are there and you have to enjoy it foremost or it is just waste of money and time.

I left the gym early today because there were too many Chads and Stacies showing up. Don't want to be getting mogged :feelstrash:

U go for discipline . To probe to yourself you can be something more . You go because you hold onto hope and it’s a way to relieve stress. Your body is something you can control and make look good that’s why many insecure ugly people like getting fit .

If you gymcel + lower standards you can probably live a life full of sweet creampieing. Unless you are legit midget with disfigured face, a good physique can pull a sub-average to average+fat chick with big tits and a decent ass or similar. I'd say its worth it to give it a shot.
