Should I grow a beard?

Girls around my age (16-17) don’t like beards, they like short midface TikTok shaved pretty boys. My midface is unfortunately on the longer side and I am growing my hair out long and many times I’ve been told that I look a lot older than I really am.

Also my mouth area is trash and my upper lip is almost invisible that’s why I also fail to be able to look like a pretty boy no matter how hard I try.
