shave regrow it out with tapers, idk who your barber is but he's doing a shit job shaving your sides off like that and leaving the top it wont work with your hairtype, also i can tell you did your eyebrows and stopped maintaining them fix it, u got a good base for surgeries idk if u want to hardmaxx tho
