Should i hit the gym at 14?

yo, im asking this for a question iv been asking my self for the past year.
I did 1 full year at the gym when i was 12 just cause i liked it and i was pretty good for my genetics and shit, but anyways i leaved it after a year cause most of the people close to me reccomanded to start later on cause i could stun my growth thing i didnt really belive at first, but not to long after i discovered bp, and i quit the gym because i was scared to lose my height potential, now after a year 14 170cm i really miss it, and i wanna start it again, what yall reccomand?

Go gym and leave org and embrace the bluepill 👍. Then you will be 18 fully NT and social without any mental issues, good physique and hopefully a good face

1. get a job working in like a little shop or something family businesses are usually open to help
2. get a mini fridge in your room and just hide them behind drinks or whatsoever
3. could promote growth and help you reach your genetic potential
Its fully up to you but I regret not hopping on when I was your age cause now ive ruined my potential and growth especially in my bone mass

if you wont do that just focus on prioritising sleep and health and that'll help a little bit till you're at an age where you're comfortable blasting

Just avoid shit that compresses your spine. Like heavy squats and heavy lat pulldowns
