Should be fine. You can always chemically test it. If you don’t want to, then get a small batch and test it for sides. The scalp itchiness is almost entirely from the vehicle used, not the RU. They will be conflating the two.

Fin or Dut is fine natty. Just while on cycle make sure to use Dut so you don’t rape your skin and hair and age 5 years in 6 months. If you started balding early though Dut maybe the best option off the rip. You likely have aggressive balding and there really isn’t a downside on hopping on the most effective treatment, you will have to use Dut anyway at some point.

Ideally buy raws and make your own. You’ll be constantly exposing the RU to air, light etc every time you use over the course of the month and will lose some potency.
