Should I hop on GH / AI, side effects, gym growth?

currently 5'7 gonna be 16 very soon predicted height is 5'10, all cousins had late growth spurts to make it to 6ft+ so I believe my growth plates are still open

I need an argument to hop on and I wanna be aware of any possible side effects
Is there any possibility of gains in the gym?
if the answer to hopping on gh/ai is no, what other things can I do

Lifting in general can give an hgh boost (growth hormone) which should be able to help you out. There is another method as well which is doing a 30 second long sprint 5-6 times each with 4 minutes of rest in between should increase hgh as well. Hope this is a good solution.
 
essentially doing all that could be asked of me naturally outside of cope methods like anklesmashing
I go to the gym almost every day (been for a while now) play soccer so lots of sprinting, eat well high protein and supplement ashwaganda, fish oil, a multivitamin, creatine, and calcium/magnesium if I feel necessary
go outside plenty for vitamin D
I'm worried im getting to a point where my growth plates will close and if there's a semi-safe way I wanna boost
target height is like 6 ft to 6 ft 2 or 3 in best case scenario with boosting
also interested in it for general bone density
