more plates more dates, eroids and other forums. if u rly wanna ascend bro then u can do all that but u can still ascend with hardmaxx and roidmaxx after puberty, depends on ur base. def dont do any of that unless you are really educated and understand how the different compounds interact with eachother. u will prob want test with an ai and liver support as a base. dont make any moves until you are REALLY confident in your understanding
