No retinols suck

So you do have acne, pigmentation and red bumps. If you want better skin use tret

they both make u purge just use azelaic acid if you don’t care about anti aging and just want reduced inflammation and acne.

if your derm recommended you it then use tret bro.

also not everybody purges i got like two small pimples in areas ive never got before which went away in 2 days when i first started tret

start off with 0.025 and then start using 0.05 once your skin gets used to it. but make sure your derm prescribes it to you.

inoltre non tutti si purgano, mi sono venuti due piccoli brufoli in zone in cui non mi erano mai venuti prima, che sono scomparsi in 2 giorni quando ho iniziato il trattamento
