@noctrunaldecayy got a rhinoplasty and his nose before looked sort of like yours. His results turned out good. Theres a chance you can look worse afterwards so beware.

Go for the hairstyle, skinmax, leanmax as you have just said. You are still young but rhino and upper lip reduction. Everything else could be assessed once you have leanmaxxed
