Bump niggers i need to lose 20kg, 4 months would be best but what are the health risks? 10 months is also ok but not as great

How much do you weigh? Going up to 1.5% of your bodyweight per week is generally totally okay so long as it doesnt go on for too long. If you're gonna cut for 10 months then you'll still need a diet break in there anyways, and I'd honestly say thats the more unhealthy approach since its so long. If you weigh 80kgs ish then that means you can safely lose 20kg in just around 16 weeks. Calculating some glycogen loss too and it's only about 14 weeks/3,5 months.

Ten months would be better because if you try in four months, you could easily fuck up your hormones, or other issues could arise, such as just fast regaining the weight
 
Just fast for a month and you’ll lose it
strength training during the fast so you won’t lose muscle
Always to this to cut
Not 20kg but still you can manage fatty
