Should I lie on my resume- 16 yrs old

I currently have listed that I worked as a cashier/dishwasher for 3 months at a Mexican resuraunt that shut down with some chatgpt'd bullet points about what I did and the address. The reason is because before when all I had was my volunteer work I was getting no fucking replies to the countless resuraunt and retail applications I was sending through sites like Indeed and Ziprecruiter. Even after putting this in nothing has changed- should I take it out? Any other advice is greatly appreciated so that I can begin wageslaving as soon as possible.
