Should I lie to get on accutane

I have moderate-severe acne and a doctor is trying to prescribe me antibiotic cream and stuff. Should I lie to another doctor and just say I tried antibiotic creams and all the other prescribed bs just to get accutane prescribed?
I think nothing will make my skin look as good as accutane can?
I’m 17 in Canada and I’m probably still growing? (6’4 atm)

Yeah I box, play soccer, martial arts and go outside often and my diet is pretty good the worst thing I eat consistently is protein shakes

My derm said this herself, accutane is most commonly prescribed to people who have already tried countless treatments both systematic and topical, so tell ur dermatologist you have tried

Oral antibiotics such as:
Minocycline
Doxycycline

Topicals like:
Adapalene
Tretinoin

And that all of those didnt work, also talk about how you are in pain all the time, ur acne is cystic, and that it is prone to scaring

Dont tell ur dermatologist this because it may make them not wanna prescribe it, people who play sports that can raise the chances of breaking a bone shouldnt rlly be on accutane apparently

Try ur best to get it prescribed, bc then insurance will cover like 90% of the cost (accutane isnt cheap) and will order monthly liver and lipid bloodwork for u

If u buy it ur gonna have to do all of that by urself and insurance wont cover ur bloodwork
