i made a post last week where i talked about my tendon pain

i didnt have full rom due to the pain

however the pain has gotten better

i still dont have complete ROM back in my arms

but its enough for bench

should i get back in the gym or wait a few more days?
 
nah bro keep lifting weights dont stop,your body is only signaling you pain so you push even harder.
