Should I lift weights, or do HIIT? for optimal height growth

I'm unsure of whether to go to the gym and lifts weights, or do HIITs such as sprinting.
any tips on which to choose?

how often should i lift, and how often should i sprint? what should the schedule be like?
you would be training for hypertrophy right?

Yea do some research into hypertrophy training, it won’t affect the growth of your bones negatively. Hypertrophy training is great and assuming you’re not fully developed you should see great progress early on.
