Should I lift while heightmaxxing (ON HGH + AI)

So recently I started pinning HGH. Started with 0.5 iu my first day to now 3.5 iu, working up to 5 or 6 iu. Pretty much my entire life i’ve been underweight and didn’t eat very well, and likely have had low estrogen as a result, which explains my weaker bones and lower bone age. My growth may have been somewhat stunted as a result of poor nutrition and a somewhat sedentary lifestyle, so HGH would help in recovery, allowing me to reach my full potential, especially considering my low bone age.

Anyway, back to the question I intend to ask: should I lift while I take HGH? I feel like maximizing what I can do with it, and working out feels good and I want to be shredded. However, there’s a hypothesis behind why not lifting would be beneficial: it could be that if you dont work out more of the HGH is used for your bones, rather than the allocation ratio shifting; like instead of 70 bone 20 muscle 10 misc or whatever it could turn to 40 bone 50 muscle 10 misc. I want to maximize my height potential since I know that my plates are open, and in general i’d say i’m kind of a cutecel, I look young for my age and am clearly still developing/in puberty so I want to ensure that I get what I really need from what i’m taking (bone development), then I can focus on muscles later.

I am taking exemestane as my aromatase inhibitor, since i’m assuming that my estrogen has been quite low i’ve been taking just around 6mg a day and experimenting with that, i’ll be getting bloodwork during my next physical but for now I’m relying on logic and intuition since i’d prefer to start sooner rather than later.

Well, i’m aware that there is some risk involved here, (10-15pg/ml retains neuroprotection still but i’m being cautious) which is why i’m taking some nootropics (i want to be smarter anyway). I havent done much research on this yet but I am currently taking caffeine + l theanine, l tyrosine, and methylene blue. I also pinned 10 mg of epitalon yesterday, will inject the second vial some other time maybe in a couple weeks bc i dont have any other vials (epitalon has many benefits like the elongation of telomere caps and can potentially reduce the risk of cancer while in gh/prevent it or maybe even reverse it). HGH also promotes neurogenesis and gray matter growth/brain volume increase so there’s that too.

(Off topic) My biggest issue is mental honestly,
i’m not sure if i’m neurodivergent but I think i have high inhib, i was never rejected because I never tried and everyone has always told me i’m good looking and funny since I was a kid so i’m guessing i developed it because i socially isolated myself once i started homeschool due to medical reasons and quarantine happened shortly after, I've also always had hearing and vision disabilities and i never really wore contacts or hearing aids until now and obv that affected me socially

Well who cares about all that, I just want to know if I should lift while i take hgh or stick to light exercise. I know hgh will naturally make me slightly stronger and bigger and i also know that hgh is produced naturally when you work out but obviously since i’m exogenously taking hgh my body will start to rely on it more and less of that natural hgh will be produced to repair muscle, cutting into the injected hgh, thereby diminishing the effects I actually want.

I need someone with knowledge bigger than their ego to answer, because i’m still learning and researching. I’ve heard very mixed opinions about this, but I think it’d be best to work out less.
