i was telling him everything i do and every 10 minutes i asked what should i do now, even how do i sit, lie, stand correctly. But someday i found out that i was doing chin tucks incorrectly from the start because gemini told me that i should use my back neck muscles but in reality i should have used more front and inner muscles. (i was doing quite opposite of what i should)
