I am €1.2k short of surgery costs, accommodation and flights may cost up to €800 so we will say I am €2k short
I asked my father if he could give me a loan of 2-3k if I need it to pay for surgery costs and he agreed
It seems my surgery will be pushed back several months for more ortho work so in the meantime I will have to try and meet my living expenses without dipping into my surgery fund

Rent + Food costs me €800 per month, My income for September was €770 so there was no problems there
The problem now arises because so far in October I am only on track to make €560 for the month, could be more but could also be less
Should I limit my risk and return home to live with parents but have to go through the hassle of getting a flight for ortho appointments every few weeks or should I just continue living where I am and do everything I can to earn €800+ per month?

How can you save anything if your income is like 770 and your rent is 800. All your wages slaving is for living expenses.

I feel with how bad the cost of living crisis is getting its now becoming almost required, unless you want to be with like 1-2 roommates. Imagine spending half your money on rent , and then 1/5 on food and other expenses. Your left with hardly anything.

No saving money for surgeries, escorts, going out. All just to get by. I think now days people have to rethink the whole moving out for independence idea with the cost of living.

Sure spending like 600-700 isn't bad if you get a roomate, but if your living home you save that money. If you want some independence you can rent a room out sometimes. Slaying is where its not as good, as it would always be to some degree awkward bringing back a foid unless they never cared from day one.

I don't see anything wrong with living with your parents for economic reasons
